I'm a Senior UX Writer and Conversational Designer with a background in Public Relations and experience in Content Strategy, specializing in conversational experiences, Content Design, and AI-driven solutions for digital products. Experienced in developing microcopy, end-to-end conversational journeys, and user-centered content strategies focused on clarity, accessibility, friction reduction, and digital experience optimization.
Over the past years, I've developed a strong product vision and a growth-oriented mindset, with hands-on experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and acting as a Product Owner, contributing to backlog prioritization, roadmap alignment, discovery processes, and data-informed decision-making. My work combines UX Writing, Product Thinking, and user behavior analysis to design more intuitive, efficient experiences aligned with both user needs and business goals.
Experienced in conversation analysis, conversational performance metrics, continuous experimentation, and hypothesis validation to evolve flows, increase engagement and retention, and optimize user journeys. I also work on voice and tone definition, content standardization, and the development of scalable conversational experiences for chatbots and AI-powered interfaces.
I’m particularly interested in the intersection of language, product design, and conversational AI, exploring how thoughtful content design can make technology more intuitive, human, and accessible. Outside of product work, storytelling continues to be one of my biggest inspirations. Cinema, music, and literature have shaped the way I think about communication and the power words have to create meaningful connections.
